Security Supervisor

Ingleside at Rock Creek is hiring a Security Supervisor to lead safety and security operations at our senior living community in Chevy Chase Village, Montgomery County. As a full-time member of our team, you'll oversee security operations and supervise security personnel in a rewarding healthcare environment.

What This Role Involves

You'll manage daily security operations and lead a team of security professionals at our Northwest Washington DC senior living community. Your focus will be creating a safe, welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors through vigilant monitoring, proactive leadership, and adherence to comprehensive security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise security staff and coordinate daily assignments and schedules
• Monitor building access, screen visitors, and manage entry protocols
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and resident concerns
• Conduct facility patrols and identify potential security risks
• Enforce security policies and ensure regulatory compliance
• Maintain incident reports and documentation
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services
• Train and mentor security team members on protocols and resident interaction

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in a security supervisory role
• Knowledge of security protocols, emergency procedures, and access control systems
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Professional demeanor and comfort working with seniors
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
• High school diploma or equivalent
