Property Management Center
Property Management Center is hiring a Leasing Consultant to join our team in Colton, San Bernardino County. This is a full-time position serving a large Inland Empire residential community where you'll engage with prospective residents and drive leasing results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What This Role Involves
As a Leasing Consultant with Property Management Center, you'll be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, showcasing our Colton community and converting inquiries into leases. Working under the direction of the Community Manager, your focus is on marketing the property, building relationships with potential renters, and maintaining strong occupancy levels through excellent service and sales acumen. You'll thrive in a dynamic setting where efficiency, customer engagement, and closing leases are daily priorities.
Core Duties
- Conduct property tours and present lease terms to prospective residents
- Manage incoming leasing inquiries and follow up consistently
- Process lease applications and coordinate move-ins
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, floor plans, and community amenities
- Track and report leasing metrics and activity to management
- Utilize property management software and systems to document resident interactions
- Support community marketing initiatives and special events
Qualifications
- Proven experience in high-volume, fast-paced leasing environments
- Demonstrated ability to learn and quickly adopt new software platforms and property management systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales background or proven track record closing leasing transactions
- Ability to work full-time and be present on-site at the Colton property
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
