Restaurant Manager

Rivergate seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Goodlettsville, Davidson County location. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to drive guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and team performance across hospitality and food service.

The Opportunity

As Restaurant Manager at Rivergate in Goodlettsville, you'll oversee the complete guest experience—from the moment visitors arrive through their departure. You'll partner with the General Manager to maintain high standards of service, operational efficiency, and company policies. This is a hands-on management position where you'll directly impact daily success and long-term growth at our Davidson County restaurant location.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead hospitality operations and guest satisfaction initiatives to deliver exceptional dining experiences
• Maintain rigorous safety and cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant
• Oversee drink presentation and bar atmosphere to meet company specifications
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure quality and reliability
• Support the General Manager in executing company policies and operational procedures
• Train and supervise staff to ensure consistent service quality and compliance
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for operational improvement

Who We're Looking For

• Proven restaurant management experience in a full-service dining environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
• Knowledge of health, safety, and food service regulations
• Detail-oriented approach to cleanliness, presentation, and quality standards
• Experience managing vendor relationships and inventory
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
