Position Summary

As an Operator at our Sturgis facility, you'll work in our plant operations department performing essential production and equipment operation duties. This is a hands-on hourly position that offers stable, full-time employment with no travel required. You'll be part of a team committed to manufacturing excellence and safe workplace practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment according to established procedures and specifications
• Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance
• Inspect products throughout the production process to maintain quality standards
• Follow all safety protocols and report hazards or equipment issues immediately
• Maintain accurate production records and communicate status to supervisors
• Meet daily production targets while minimizing waste
