We're seeking a Structural Engineer to join our Upper Peninsula team, working on projects that span architecture, engineering, planning, surveying, and construction services. You'll contribute your technical expertise to meaningful work that shapes the built environment in the regions we serve.

Core Duties

• Develop structural designs and perform analysis for building projects from conception through construction completion
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and calculations meeting current codes and industry standards
• Conduct structural assessments and site evaluations to inform design decisions
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure design implementation
• Review construction documents, shop drawings, and submittals for compliance with design requirements
• Participate in multidisciplinary project teams leveraging diverse expertise to deliver comprehensive solutions

Who We're Looking For

• Professional Engineer (PE) license in structural engineering or PE-eligible with relevant project experience
• Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering from an accredited institution
• Experience with structural analysis software and contemporary design tools
• Working knowledge of building codes and construction practices
• Strong technical communication and coordination skills
• Ability to balance independent project ownership with effective cross-functional collaboration
