Graphic Designer

NoGigiddy is seeking a Graphic Designer for a part-time position in Kansas City, Jackson County. Help us create engaging visual content for a digital platform dedicated to serving gig workers, side hustlers, and the alternative income community.

The Opportunity

NoGigiddy connects gig workers, side hustlers, and independent earners with a curated marketplace of income opportunities—everything from project work to surveys, gig platforms, and financial resources—all in one accessible hub. We're looking for a Graphic Designer to help bring our vision to life through compelling visual design and creative assets that resonate with our community.

What You'll Do

• Design digital and print marketing materials, web graphics, and brand assets
• Develop visual concepts and layouts aligned with NoGigiddy's brand identity
• Create engaging graphics for social media, email campaigns, and platform interfaces
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate ideas into polished designs
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and performance data
• Maintain brand consistency across all design materials and touchpoints

Requirements

• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent tools)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creative range
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Excellent communication skills and ability to receive and apply feedback
• Experience with digital design and/or web graphics preferred
