About the Role

As Paid Search Coordinator at Dept, you'll manage Google App campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement for our clients' mobile applications. You'll work at the intersection of technology and marketing, supporting our growth team in optimizing paid search strategies that deliver measurable results for ambitious brands.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and optimize Google App campaigns across multiple client accounts
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, including cost-per-install (CPI), return on ad spend (ROAS), and user engagement
  • Conduct keyword research and bid management to maximize campaign efficiency
  • Prepare performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams

What We're Looking For
