Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess vehicle damage to body panels, frames, and related components
• Use hand tools, power equipment, and specialized machinery to straighten, replace, or repair damaged parts
• Prepare surfaces for painting and coordinate with painters to ensure seamless finishes
• Perform welding, straightening, and structural repairs as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety protocols
• Document work completed and assist with quality assurance checks

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a body shop technician or equivalent hands-on automotive repair background
• Proficiency with body shop tools and equipment (sanders, welders, measuring systems, air tools)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose damage accurately
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies
