Senior Technical Program Manager

This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role responsible for driving complex technical programs that shape how core business systems and data capabilities operate at scale. You will own program strategy and execution across critical pillars including payments, risk, identity, security, and financial systems, as well as data, analytics, experimentation, and reporting platforms. This role sits at the center of Engineering, Product, Design, and Analytics teams, ensuring alignment between technical execution and business priorities. You will define frameworks that improve how teams plan, deliver, and measure outcomes while actively reducing operational friction through better systems and automation. The environment is highly collaborative and fast-moving, requiring strong ownership, structured thinking, and the ability to navigate ambiguity. You will also play a key role in shaping how AI is leveraged to modernize program management practices and accelerate execution across the organization.
