About the Position

As we plan for continued growth, we are seeking a Client Success Manager to join our Latin America team in Mexico City. Qualified individuals with a passion for emerging markets, economics and geopolitics in Latin America are strongly encouraged to apply. Client Success Managers (CSMs) are responsible for supporting actively growing FrontierView’s relationship with clients in the healthcare, Consumer and Industrials sectors across the Latin America region. Working collaboratively with the Account Managers, Client Success Teammates and the Strategic Insights team, the CSM, will be responsible for bringing value to senior executive, client relationships through events, market intelligence and client engagement.
 

About the Frontierview Commercial Team

FrontierView’s Commercial Team partners with senior executive multinational clients to provide them with access to FrontierView’, award-winning strategic insights, executive roundtable events, and analyst advisory support across 200+ markets to enable clients to grow and win in their most important markets. Our team provides client success and engagement for FrontierView.
 

About You

  • Enjoy building relationships and creating exceptional client experiences through thoughtful planning, communication, and execution
  • Strong communicator who is comfortable interacting with senior executives, clients, analysts, and internal stakeholders
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and taking ownership of your responsibilities
  • Curious, inquisitive, and eager to learn about global markets, economics, geopolitics, and client priorities
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to pivot quickly when client needs, schedules, or priorities change
  • Creative problem solver who can anticipate challenges and identify solutions before they become issues
  • Collaborative team player who enjoys supporting colleagues and contributing to broader team success

Contract Details

This is a contract position, for a 6 – 12 month contract with potential for extension, based remotely in Mexico.
