You excel at translating business requirements into workable solutions within the Salesforce platform and have experience supporting users within the platform by troubleshooting and fixing configuration issues while contributing to the development and execution of enhancement road maps based on the needs of your line of business focus. You are motivated and organized and not afraid to get your hands dirty to unravel existing processes in order to determine more efficient solutions while utilizing Salesforce standards and best practices.
