THE ROLE:
The Senior Engineer is a high-autonomy role senior Salesforce voice on the engagement. You take architectural direction and turn it into shipped, production-grade Salesforce metadata — objects, Record Types, Flows, Apex, LWC, permission model, and managed-package configuration (DocuSign eSignature). You also hold the technical relationship with the integration microservices and cloud platform that read from and write to the org: you don’t build those daily, but you define the contracts, guard the data model, and make sure a schema or automation change never blindsides them.
Here is the truth: this is a Salesforce Platform (Core/CRM) role. We’re looking for a builder who lives in the Salesforce org — declarative and programmatic.
