About the Role

As a Senior SDET at Saviynt, you will take ownership of hands-on automation execution that keeps our AI-powered identity platform reliable, secure, and performant. Partnering directly with Engineering and Product, you'll champion an automation-first mindset and translate it into measurable gains in coverage and release confidence. This is an on-site position based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale test automation frameworks that validate the reliability, security, and performance of Saviynt's platform.
• Maintain and continuously improve existing automation suites to keep pace with a fast-evolving cloud-native product.
• Embed quality into CI/CD pipelines, strengthening release readiness at every stage.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to put automation-first testing practices into action.
• Expand test coverage and raise release confidence through clear, trackable improvements.
• Apply AI-powered development and testing tools to boost both your own productivity and the quality of your automation work.

Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on experience as an SDET building and maintaining test automation frameworks.
• Strong command of automation engineering for cloud-native applications.
• Practical familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and how quality fits within them.
• A demonstrated ability to grow test coverage and improve software reliability, security, and performance.
• Comfort adopting AI-driven development and testing tools to accelerate quality outcomes.
• A collaborative approach to working alongside Engineering and Product teams.
