Role Overview

We are hiring a highly experienced Executive Assistant based in Manila to support the CEO of RZR during Manila daytime hours as part of a 24/7 coverage model. You will partner closely with our existing night‑shift Executive Assistant and report to the EA Lead to ensure seamless handoffs and continuity across time zones. This is a true business partner role, not just admin support, and requires strong judgment, operational excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

• Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar across APAC, EMEA, and US time zones, resolving conflicts proactively
• Handle high-volume inbox management, including drafting and responding on behalf of the CEO
• Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, and follow-ups with clear action tracking
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders with speed and accuracy

Operations & Coordination

• Plan and manage travel, logistics, and scheduling across regions
• Maintain organized documentation, trackers, and priority lists
• Ensure seamless daily handoffs between day and night shift EAs
• Anticipate needs and surface risks or conflicts ahead of time

Communication

• Draft clear, concise, and professional communications on behalf of the CEO
• Act as a gatekeeper while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships

Required Skills / Experience

• 10+ years of EA experience supporting C-level executives
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with AI and productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, JIRA, Confluence)
• Experience in fast-paced global companies
• High level of discretion, ownership, and flexibility across time zones
