Manager Energy Efficiency Program Implementation

New Jersey Resources seeks a full-time Manager of Energy Efficiency Program Implementation in Wall, Monmouth County to lead the planning, execution, and oversight of energy efficiency initiatives that advance our commitment to sustainable energy solutions.

About the Role

As Manager of Energy Efficiency Program Implementation, you'll direct comprehensive energy efficiency programs from conception through successful delivery. This position requires strategic thinking, operational expertise, and the ability to collaborate across departments to achieve program goals and drive measurable energy savings for our customers and communities.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute energy efficiency program strategies aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements
• Manage program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful on-time delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to implement program components effectively
• Monitor program performance against key metrics and adjust implementation approaches as needed
• Build and lead a team dedicated to program excellence and continuous improvement
• Stay current with energy efficiency best practices, industry trends, and regulatory developments
• Prepare reports and communications for leadership on program status, results, and challenges

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing energy efficiency programs or comparable initiatives in the utility, energy, or related sectors
• Strong project management and program oversight capabilities
• Leadership experience guiding teams toward measurable business objectives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid understanding of energy efficiency principles, technologies, or regulatory frameworks
• Analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to interpret data and make sound decisions
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, environmental science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
