About the Role

As Module Piping Superintendent at Tarpon Specialty Services, you'll oversee all piping operations for complex modular fabrication projects. Working from our Ingleside, Texas facility, you'll manage day-to-day execution, coordinate with engineering and quality teams, and ensure modules meet all specifications before shipment. Your leadership will be critical to maintaining the schedule and quality standards our clients depend on.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and direct piping crews on large-scale modular construction projects
• Plan and schedule piping work to meet project timelines and delivery commitments
• Ensure all piping work meets engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards
• Coordinate with other trades and departments to keep modules on track for shipment
• Conduct quality inspections and resolve discrepancies before module delivery
• Maintain a safe, efficient work environment and enforce safety protocols
• Track crew productivity and manage labor resources effectively

• Proven experience supervising piping crews on modular or industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of piping systems, materials, and installation practices
