About the Role

As Sr. Manager, Planning Analytics COE, you'll establish and advance the planning analytics function across Stanley Black and Decker. This full-time position in Charlotte, NC places you at the center of developing analytics capabilities that drive strategic business planning and forecasting decisions across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Build and lead the planning analytics center of excellence, establishing vision, strategy, and organizational governance
• Develop analytics methodologies, frameworks, and best practices for integrated business planning processes
• Oversee creation of forecasting models, analytics dashboards, and reporting infrastructure
• Partner with finance, operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
• Guide analytics teams in delivering insights that improve planning accuracy and decision velocity
• Drive organization-wide adoption of analytics tools and capabilities through training and change management
• Mentor and develop analytics professionals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of professional experience in analytics, planning, forecasting, or related quantitative disciplines
• 5+ years leading teams or building analytics capabilities within organizations
• Demonstrated expertise in planning analytics, demand forecasting, financial modeling, or supply chain analytics
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive adoption of new capabilities
• Strong communication and influence skills, especially translating complex analytics for business executives
• Proficiency with analytics platforms, business intelligence tools, and enterprise data environments
• Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, engineering, computer science, analytics, or related field
• Strategic orientation with commitment to operational excellence and measurable impact
