About the Role
As a Nail Technician at Life Time, you'll provide expertly crafted manicure, pedicure, and specialized nail treatments that leave guests feeling refreshed and confident. You'll be part of our LifeSpa and Salon team, collaborating to create an exceptional member experience while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and care.
What You'll Do
- Perform manicures and pedicures using proper techniques and premium products
- Apply and design nail polish, gel, acrylics, and other nail enhancements
- Shape, file, and maintain nails to client specifications
- Provide thorough cuticle and hand care treatments
- Consult with guests to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate services
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace and sterilize all tools and equipment
- Track inventory and reorder supplies as needed
- Deliver outstanding guest service and build lasting client relationships
- Work collaboratively with salon and spa colleagues to support team goals
What We're Looking For
- Current state licensure as a nail technician or equivalent certification
- Proven experience performing manicures, pedicures, and nail treatments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
