About the Role
As an Experienced Title Searcher, you'll be the backbone of our research operations, conducting commercial title searches that support real estate transactions and legal proceedings. You'll work independently and systematically through property records to uncover, verify, and synthesize the critical information that clients depend on.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive commercial title searches using multiple authoritative sources
- Examine and cross-reference real estate records, property tax documents, and assessor information
- Translate legal descriptions using metes and bounds methodology to verify property boundaries and ownership
- Review and validate research findings to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Compile organized title reports from research findings
- Access GIS systems and property information databases to locate and confirm records
- Manage research requests that range from straightforward to highly complex

- Demonstrated experience performing commercial title searches
- Solid proficiency with metes and bounds and legal property descriptions
- Comfort navigating property records systems, GIS platforms, and title research databases
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
