Terra Vista Management, a premier California real estate asset and property management company headquartered in Del Mar, San Diego County, is seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to join our legal team. This is a full-time position supporting our diverse real estate portfolio and corporate operations.

About the Role

As Senior Paralegal, you will be the backbone of our legal operations, providing comprehensive support to our in-house counsel and external legal partners. You'll manage a broad range of legal matters across our real estate portfolio, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all documentation and case proceedings. This role requires someone with deep legal knowledge, superior organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex, multi-faceted legal projects independently.

What You'll Do

• Prepare, review, and manage legal documents including contracts, deeds, leases, and compliance filings
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis to support counsel on real estate and corporate matters
• Manage case files, maintain litigation support systems, and coordinate discovery materials
• Draft correspondence and legal memoranda; ensure adherence to regulatory and filing requirements
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and external counsel to gather information and provide updates
• Oversee document management systems and maintain confidential legal records
• Support contract negotiation and administration for property acquisitions, operations, and partnerships

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in real estate, property management, or corporate law
• Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, contracts, and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in legal research tools, document management software, and MS Office suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently under deadline pressure
• Professional demeanor and ability to maintain attorney-client privilege and confidentiality
