About the Role
Kaleidoscope Education Solutions is actively recruiting Speech Language Pathologists and Clinical Fellows Year (CFY) candidates throughout the Philadelphia area. As an SLP with us, you'll provide comprehensive speech and language services to students, with schedule flexibility that balances professional growth and personal well-being. Starting compensation is $2,520 weekly.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students referred for services
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student IEP goals
- Deliver direct treatment addressing articulation, expressive and receptive language, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education teams to support student progress and classroom success
- Document assessment findings and track therapeutic outcomes with accurate clinical records
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and provide evidence-based recommendations
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Pennsylvania (or CFY status with appropriate supervision)
- Demonstrated competency in speech-language assessment and intervention across ages
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills in school-based environments
- Professional communication and thorough documentation practices
- Flexibility and dependability in a dynamic educational setting
