About the Role
As Lead Housekeeper, you'll oversee daily housekeeping operations in our lodging facility, ensuring every guest room and common area is clean, orderly, and inviting. This full-time position combines hands-on cleaning expertise with team leadership and quality oversight responsibilities.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and direct housekeeping staff activities to maintain clean and attractive guest rooms and public spaces
- Assign daily cleaning duties and work schedules based on occupancy and facility needs
- Conduct regular room and area inspections to verify work meets quality standards
- Investigate and respond to guest complaints regarding housekeeping service or equipment concerns
- Take corrective action to address deficiencies and prevent recurring issues
- Train new housekeeping employees on company procedures and cleaning protocols
- Evaluate staff performance and make recommendations regarding hiring, discipline, and terminations
- Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment inventory to ensure adequate stock for operations
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality cleaning operations, preferably in a supervisory capacity
- Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, products, and equipment for hotel or casino environments
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Demonstrated ability to train, motivate, and manage team members effectively

Compensation
Starting rate is $15.83 per hour, plus tips. Full-time position with benefits as provided by Bordertown / Indigo Sky Casinos.
