What You'll Do

• Lead and support crew members throughout your shift, setting the tone for teamwork and excellence
• Ensure food quality, safety protocols, and operational procedures are followed consistently
• Handle cash management, inventory tracking, and shift closeout responsibilities
• Coach and develop team members to strengthen their skills and confidence
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and care
• Work autonomously to troubleshoot challenges and keep operations efficient
• Collaborate with management on scheduling, training, and continuous improvement
