About the Role
As Assistant Manager at our Beaverton Krispy Kreme shop, you'll take on a dynamic leadership role focused on operational excellence and team development. Working directly under the District Leader, you'll support the General Manager in maintaining the highest standards of service quality, food safety, and product consistency while driving profitability. This is a hands-on position where you'll be present on the floor, engaged in daily operations and guest interactions.
What You'll Do
- Support daily shop operations and assist the General Manager in achieving sales and operational goals
- Lead, train, and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Oversee food safety, product quality, and kitchen protocols
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and staffing to optimize performance
- Ensure a clean, welcoming environment that reflects Krispy Kreme standards
- Help identify and solve operational challenges that impact profitability and efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in restaurant, food service, or quick-service management
