What You'll Do
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment efficiently and maintain high sanitation standards
- Hand wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cookware, and kitchen utensils as needed
- Organize and store clean dishware and kitchen supplies in designated areas
- Monitor water temperature and chemical levels in dishwashing systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station
- Assist with removing trash, recycling, and general kitchen tidiness
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to support service flow
What We're Looking For
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive motions
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety
