About the Role

As a Bartender at Avi Resort And Casino in Laughlin, you'll be at the heart of our beverage service operations. You'll skillfully prepare both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to exact specifications, manage bar operations during your shifts, and serve as a welcoming host to our guests. This is a hands-on role where you'll interact directly with guests, take orders with precision, and coordinate with our food and beverage team to ensure every drink order is executed perfectly and consistently.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mixed drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages according to established procedures and recipes
• Take drink orders from guests and food and beverage servers with accuracy and efficiency
• Open and close assigned bar stations according to schedule, maintaining cleanliness and proper setup standards
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming bar atmosphere
• Follow all health, safety, and compliance requirements specific to beverage service

What We're Looking For

• Proven bartending experience in a resort or hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, mixed drinks, and beverage preparation techniques
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive motions
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in drink preparation and service
• Valid bartending license or willingness to obtain one as required by Nevada law
