About the Role

As a General Labourer, you'll be part of a dedicated production team responsible for preparing finished products for distribution. Your role is essential to ensuring our customers receive high-quality goods that meet strict standards and specifications. You'll work under the direction of Lead Hands, Supervisors, or Managers, maintaining both efficiency and compliance throughout your shift.

What You'll Do

• Manually pack fresh and frozen products into bags according to established procedures and customer requirements
• Place packaged items into boxes with accuracy and care
• Follow production guidelines and quality standards consistently
• Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and best practices
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols on the production floor
• Respond to direction from supervisory staff and adjust work as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
