Quality Assurance Associate

Highland Laboratories is hiring a Quality Assurance Associate in Mount Angel, Marion County for a full-time position. In this role, you'll ensure our products meet rigorous quality standards by conducting thorough testing, identifying defects, and collaborating with our development teams to deliver reliable solutions to our customers.

As a Quality Assurance Associate at Highland Laboratories, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the quality and reliability of our products and services. You'll conduct systematic testing, document your findings, and work collaboratively with developers and product teams to ensure every release meets our quality standards. What You'll Do

• Execute test plans and test cases to validate product functionality, performance, and user experience
• Identify, document, and report defects and quality issues with clear, reproducible descriptions
• Verify that reported bugs have been fixed and conduct regression testing following updates
• Collaborate with development teams to understand product features and quality requirements
• Maintain comprehensive records of test results, findings, and quality metrics
• Suggest improvements to testing processes and quality assurance procedures
• Assist with exploratory testing to uncover potential issues before they reach production

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and a systematic, methodical approach to testing and problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for documenting and reporting findings
• Prior experience in quality assurance, software testing, or a related quality function
• Ability to manage multiple test cases and priorities effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
