Small Projects Carpenter

Sts Construction is hiring a Small Projects Carpenter in White, King County for a full-time position on our growing team. We're seeking an experienced carpenter ready to contribute to a stable construction company that serves residential and commercial clients throughout the region.

About the Role

Our Small Projects team handles a variety of shorter-duration assignments across the Pacific Northwest, from emergency restoration work to renovation projects and targeted repairs. In this carpenter position, you'll work on assignments that span residential and commercial properties, bringing your skills to bear on meaningful work that keeps our clients' properties safe and functional.

What You'll Do

• Execute carpentry on water damage restoration projects, working quickly and skillfully to restore residential and commercial interiors
• Perform demolition, framing, finishing, and structural repairs as part of small remodeling jobs
• Handle miscellaneous carpentry repairs and modifications to meet client specifications
• Collaborate with project teams and property owners to ensure quality outcomes and clear communication
• Respond to emergency and time-sensitive assignments when needed
• Maintain job sites and follow all safety and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a carpenter in residential, commercial, or restoration settings
• Solid knowledge of framing, finishing, structural repair, and demolition techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a project team
• Reliability and strong work ethic, particularly for time-sensitive assignments
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites around King County
• Familiarity with safety protocols and commitment to best practices on job sites
