About the Role
Rome Health's Community Recovery Center is an outpatient clinic dedicated to serving individuals in treatment for substance use disorders. As our Receptionist, you'll help create a welcoming, compassionate environment where every patient is greeted with respect and support from their very first interaction.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and empathy, directing them appropriately
- Greet patients warmly and manage front-desk check-in
- Schedule appointments and maintain patient calendars
- Collect and verify patient information at intake
- Contribute to a safe, non-judgmental, healing-centered clinic environment
- Support administrative and clinical staff with scheduling and communication needs
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to interact with patients professionally and with genuine care
- Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with scheduling software or appointment systems
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and HIPAA requirements
- Genuine interest in supporting individuals in recovery
