About the Role
As a Stylist at Astrid & Miyu, you'll bring our jewelry collections to life for every customer who walks through the door. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position where your expertise and personality drive the experience. You'll work in a dynamic environment where creativity, authenticity, and customer satisfaction are at the core of everything we do.
What You'll Do
- Consult with customers to understand their style preferences, occasions, and jewelry needs
- Recommend and style pieces from our Astrid & Miyu collections to complement each customer's personal aesthetic
- Build lasting relationships with customers and create memorable shopping experiences
- Develop deep knowledge of our jewelry offerings, materials, design stories, and craftsmanship
- Share product features and benefits in a genuine, conversational, and compelling way
- Maintain a visually engaging store environment that showcases and celebrates our pieces
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a stylist, sales associate, or customer-facing professional in retail or luxury goods
- Genuine passion for jewelry, fashion, and helping customers discover their personal style
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with diverse customers
- Strong eye for style, color coordination, and aesthetic detail
