About the Role
As Growth Hacker at EnthuZiastic, you'll own growth strategy and experimentation across our community platform. You'll identify high-impact opportunities to expand our user base, deepen engagement, and scale our mission of bringing people together in a nurturing environment. This is a hands-on role requiring both creative thinking and analytical rigor.
What You'll Do
- Design and run growth experiments to test acquisition channels, messaging, and product features
- Analyze user behavior and platform metrics to identify growth levers and optimization opportunities
- Develop and execute community engagement campaigns that align with our values of connection and kindness
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and community teams to implement growth initiatives
- Track and report on key performance indicators to inform strategic decisions
- Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities to accelerate user retention and lifetime value
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience designing and running growth experiments or growth marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and metrics tracking
- Experience with user acquisition, retention, or community growth strategies
- Comfort moving fast, testing hypotheses, and learning from results
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Genuine enthusiasm for community building and connecting people
