Grand Falls Casino and Golf Resort is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead promotional initiatives and drive customer engagement across our premier gaming and golf destination in Larchwood, Lyon County. This is a full-time position for a results-driven marketing professional ready to shape the guest experience and build lasting customer relationships.

About the Role

As Marketing Manager at Grand Falls Casino and Golf Resort, you'll develop and execute marketing strategies that attract new guests and enhance loyalty among our existing player base. You'll manage promotional events, coordinate cross-departmental campaigns, and oversee the financial performance of each marketing initiative to maximize return on investment. Your work will span digital channels, direct promotions, and experiential events that define our brand in the region.

What You'll Do

• Plan, budget, and execute monthly promotional campaigns and seasonal marketing events
• Conduct cost analysis on marketing initiatives to track performance and optimize spending
• Develop compelling marketing content and messaging for multiple channels
• Build and maintain relationships with guests, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Analyze market trends and guest feedback to refine marketing strategies
• Coordinate with operations, hospitality, and gaming teams to align promotions with business goals
• Monitor competitive positioning and identify opportunities to differentiate Grand Falls Casino and Golf Resort
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers throughout the marketing process
