Principal Coronary Cathworks Territory Manager

Medtronic seeks a Principal Coronary Cathworks Territory Manager to lead sales and clinical adoption of our advanced interventional cardiology solutions across the Bay Area, based in Stockton, California. About the Role

As Principal Coronary Cathworks Territory Manager, you'll own the strategic direction and revenue growth of our coronary catheterization business throughout your assigned territory. You'll partner directly with hospital interventional laboratories, cardiologists, and procurement teams to introduce innovative catheter technologies that advance patient outcomes in coronary intervention procedures.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory sales strategy for coronary catheterization products, driving market expansion and competitive advantage
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key hospital systems, interventional cardiology departments, and clinical leadership
• Conduct clinical training and product demonstrations for hospital staff, emphasizing safety, efficacy, and technical differentiation
• Manage account growth, negotiate contracts, and oversee customer satisfaction across your territory
• Collaborate with Medtronic clinical specialists and cross-functional teams to support hospital adoption initiatives
• Track territory metrics, forecast revenue, and report on market activity and competitive dynamics
• Identify market opportunities and develop physician relationships to expand adoption of our catheterization portfolio

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of medical device sales experience, with demonstrated success in interventional cardiology or related specialties
• Proven track record managing large territories and building sustainable revenue growth
• Deep knowledge of coronary catheterization procedures, equipment, and clinical workflows
• Strong communication and presentation skills—comfort educating physicians and hospital teams
• Ability to navigate complex hospital environments, procurement processes, and clinical decision-making
• Self-motivated, analytical, and results-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within territory as needed
