HRIS Oracle HCM Recruiting Associate Director

Grant Thornton is hiring an HRIS Oracle HCM Recruiting Associate Director for our Talcott Village office in Hartford County. In this leadership role, you'll drive the strategic direction and hands-on delivery of our Oracle Recruiting Cloud platform across the organization.

About the Role

As Associate Director of Oracle HCM Recruiting, you'll own the firm's recruiting technology roadmap and platform operations. This full-time position combines strategic planning with operational execution, making you responsible for how our global recruiting organization leverages Oracle's HCM suite and maximizes technology-enabled recruiting outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead the strategic vision and delivery roadmap for our Oracle Recruiting Cloud platform, aligning technology investments with evolving recruiting needs
• Serve as the functional and technical leader for all Oracle HCM recruiting initiatives, managing platform administration, configuration, and optimization
• Partner with recruiting leadership, HR teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, identify gaps, and implement solutions
• Drive continuous improvement across recruiting processes and HRIS workflows, leveraging Oracle's capabilities
• Oversee platform enhancements, system integrations, and updates to support business growth
• Build and mentor a strong technical team supporting the recruiting technology ecosystem

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated expertise implementing and managing Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud or comparable enterprise recruiting platforms
• Solid background in HRIS systems, recruiting operations, or HR technology implementation and strategy
• Proven track record in leadership roles blending functional and technical responsibilities
• Deep knowledge of recruiting workflows and how to optimize them through technology
• Strong stakeholder communication and relationship-building capabilities
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise software platforms in global environments
