About the Role

As a customer service representative in our growing support team, you'll be the voice and problem-solver that keeps our clients' operations running smoothly. Working remotely from Wisconsin, you'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every interaction reflects the quality and professionalism that defines Conduent's reputation across dozens of industries and public sectors.

What You'll Do

• Answer and manage customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels with professionalism and efficiency
• Resolve customer issues and complaints on first contact whenever possible, or escalate appropriately when needed
• Document all interactions accurately in our case management systems to ensure continuity and accountability
• Follow established protocols and company policies while adapting your approach to each customer's unique needs
• Identify trends in customer feedback and relay insights to your team for ongoing service improvement
• Meet performance targets around response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with products, systems, and best practices

What We're Looking For

• Customer service experience—whether in a call center, retail, technical support, or related field
• Strong communication skills: clear, patient, and professional in written and verbal English
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while working remotely and independently
