About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at our Lower Providence rehabilitation facility, you'll provide direct patient care in a specialized setting focused on helping individuals regain independence and functional ability. You'll work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team—including physicians, therapists, and support staff—to develop and execute personalized recovery plans. Full-time night shift positions currently offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

What You'll Do

• Assess patient conditions and monitor vital signs and clinical progress throughout your shift
• Administer medications and treatments according to medical protocols and physician orders
• Collaborate with therapy and medical teams to support evidence-based rehabilitation protocols
• Educate patients and families on recovery milestones, self-care strategies, and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and complete nursing records
• Respond promptly to patient needs and advocate for their comfort and healing progress
• Contribute to a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous quality improvement

What We're Looking For

• Current, active Pennsylvania RN license
• Genuine commitment to patient-centered care in a rehabilitation environment
• Strong clinical assessment and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within diverse, interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Dependability and adaptability to meet operational staffing needs
