About the Role

We're looking for an experienced welder to join our production team on the 2nd shift. This is a full-time position where you'll build the backbone of our sign products—precision-welded steel and aluminum frames and cabinets that our customers depend on.

What You'll Do

• Weld sign cabinet frames using steel and aluminum materials according to shop drawings and specifications
• Assemble welded components and subassemblies to exact tolerances
• Install mounting provisions and angle iron bracing per engineering drawings
• Inspect your work for quality, fit, and structural integrity
• Maintain a safe, organized work area and follow all shop safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines

What We're Looking For

• Proven welding experience with both steel and aluminum
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical specifications
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing first-rate work every time
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to take pride in your craftsmanship
• Valid welder certification or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
