VivSoft Technologies is seeking a Senior Contract Analyst to join our team in National City, San Diego County. This is a full-time position where you'll manage complex federal contracts in a collaborative, rewarding environment powered by emerging technologies.
About the Role
As a Senior Contract Analyst at VivSoft Technologies, you'll serve as a subject matter expert overseeing the full lifecycle of federal contracts and agreements. In this full-time role, you'll work with internal stakeholders and government partners to ensure compliance, manage risk, and optimize contract performance. A Public Trust Clearance is required for this position.
What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough review and analysis of federal contracts, amendments, and legal agreements to identify obligations, risks, and opportunities
- Support contract negotiation processes, collaborating with procurement and legal teams to achieve favorable terms and conditions
- Monitor contract performance and adherence to contractual obligations and federal requirements
- Assess and communicate contractual risks to stakeholders and recommend mitigation strategies
- Maintain comprehensive contract documentation, organize records, and prepare reports for stakeholder review
- Build and maintain effective relationships with government agencies, vendors, and internal teams
- Identify process improvements and recommend enhancements to contracting workflows
What We're Looking For
- Public Trust Clearance, or ability to obtain one
- Extensive experience analyzing and managing federal contracts and procurement processes
- Deep understanding of federal compliance requirements and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and stakeholder relationships simultaneously
- Proficiency with contract management tools and Microsoft Office applications
