What You'll Do

- Collaborate with systems teams to implement upgrades, patches, and performance improvements
- Document system configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and best practices for system security and reliability
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience with mainframe systems programming and hardware support
- Strong knowledge of mainframe architecture, subsystems, and peripheral equipment
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Technical certifications or credentials related to mainframe systems (such as IBM certifications) are a plus
