As a Part-Time Sales Lead at Fabletics in Colorado Springs, you'll blend hands-on selling with leadership responsibilities. You'll work directly with our team to achieve sales goals, maintain store standards, and ensure every customer walks out satisfied with their shopping experience. What You'll Do

• Lead by example on the sales floor, modeling excellent customer engagement and product knowledge
• Support team members with coaching, guidance, and motivation to meet individual and store sales targets
• Assist with opening and closing store procedures, cash handling, and inventory management
• Collaborate with store operations to maintain visual merchandising and floor presentation standards
• Leverage our point-of-sale system and retail technology to streamline transactions and enhance customer service
• Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and create positive shopping experiences that drive loyalty
• Help recruit, train, and develop team members as needed

What We're Looking For

• Retail or customer service experience, ideally in a leadership or supervisory capacity
• Proven ability to motivate others and build strong team dynamics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales ability with a focus on meeting team and individual targets
• Comfort with retail technology, including POS systems
• Flexible availability for part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
