Pathway is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Mccullough, Escambia County to support facility operations and safety across our multiple campuses. This hands-on maintenance role is essential to keeping our facilities safe, compliant, and in optimal working condition.
About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician at Pathway, you'll take ownership of routine and emergency maintenance tasks that directly support our Safety and Environment of Care initiatives. You'll work across multiple Pathway locations, ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently while maintaining compliance with all relevant safety standards.
What You'll Do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, equipment, and infrastructure
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests and safety concerns across Pathway campuses
- Conduct routine safety inspections and document maintenance activities for compliance
- Support the implementation and monitoring of Pathway's Safety and Environment of Care Plans
- Coordinate with other departments to address facility-related issues and improvements
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs or coordinate specialized services as needed
- Maintain organized maintenance records and report on facility conditions
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior maintenance or facilities experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical capability to perform manual maintenance work
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (work spans multiple locations)
- Willingness to respond to urgent maintenance requests
