About the Role
Lula connects property managers with skilled trades professionals to streamline property maintenance and repairs across thousands of rental properties throughout the Baltimore region. We're looking for an experienced, self-directed plumbing repair professional ready to provide dependable maintenance and repair services on a 1099 contractor basis.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of plumbing issues in rental properties across the Baltimore area
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive plumbing work to keep properties safe and in excellent condition
- Coordinate directly with property managers and Lula to schedule and prioritize repairs efficiently
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and professional service to multiple property management clients
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and manage your own work schedule across multiple properties
What We're Looking For
- Proven hands-on experience as a plumber or plumbing repair professional
- Demonstrated familiarity with rental property maintenance, repairs, and property management operations
- A proactive, reliable, and self-directed approach to problem-solving and customer service
- Ability to manage your own schedule, coordinate work independently, and juggle multiple properties
- Professional communication skills, reliability, and a genuine commitment to quality workmanship
