About the Role
As Market Operations Technical Manager, you'll lead the technical systems and team that enable our participation in the competitive energy market while maintaining grid reliability and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Oversee technical platforms and systems supporting daily energy market operations
- Lead and develop the technical operations team
- Manage compliance with ERCOT protocols and grid standards
- Analyze market data and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with finance, risk management, and compliance teams on market strategy
- Ensure operational continuity and resolve technical issues promptly
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in energy market operations or ERCOT systems
