Lodge Manager

Dexterra Group is looking for a results-driven Lodge Manager to oversee all operations at our large-scale workforce accommodation facility in Shreveport, Caddo Parish. This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing team while managing a complex operation serving 500–4,000 guest rooms.

About the Role

As Lodge Manager, you will direct the strategic and day-to-day management of our workforce housing operation, ensuring operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and strong financial performance across the entire property.

What You'll Do

• Oversee all facets of property operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, guest services, and facilities management
• Establish and enforce safety standards and protocols to protect guests, staff, and the facility
• Build and mentor a skilled management and operational team to deliver consistent service quality
• Manage relationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are met
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance guest experience and operational efficiency
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and prepare reports for senior leadership
• Respond to guest concerns and resolve operational challenges with professionalism and urgency

• Proven experience managing large-scale hospitality or accommodation operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building high-performing teams
• In-depth knowledge of hospitality operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
• Proficiency with property management systems and financial reporting tools
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance
