Property Manager

Property Management is hiring a full-time Property Manager to lead leasing operations, marketing strategy, and revenue optimization at our Forsyth, Macon County property. This hands-on role combines sales expertise with business operations to drive community growth and resident satisfaction.

About the Role

You'll oversee all aspects of the leasing process and community marketing at this Forsyth-based residential property. From initial prospective tenant outreach through application review and move-in, you'll drive occupancy rates and execute strategies that maximize property revenue. You'll leverage market insights to make strategic pricing and promotional recommendations that enhance overall portfolio performance.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the Macon County market and target demographics
• Conduct unit tours and showcase the property's amenities and available floor plans to prospective residents
• Qualify, track, and nurture leasing prospects through the entire application and decision process
• Review and verify lease applications, including income documentation, employment history, and reference checks
• Analyze market conditions and tenant demand to recommend lease rates, promotional incentives, and occupancy strategies
• Build and maintain positive relationships with current residents to support retention and community satisfaction
• Maintain detailed records of leasing activity, metrics, and performance reporting
