About the Role

As an Analyst Client Solutions at Hamilton Lane Advisors, you'll be the bridge between our investment teams and our clients, ensuring seamless communication, comprehensive support, and strategic alignment. You'll play a key role in understanding client objectives, analyzing investment performance, and delivering insights that strengthen long-term relationships with institutional investors.

What You'll Do

• Partner with investment and portfolio management teams to deliver timely, accurate reporting and analysis to clients
• Analyze client data and market information to identify opportunities for enhanced value and service delivery
• Develop and maintain client documentation, presentations, and communications that clearly convey investment strategies and performance
• Support client onboarding, account maintenance, and ongoing relationship management activities
• Respond to client inquiries with thorough research and coordinate cross-functional responses to complex questions
• Track client metrics, performance benchmarks, and satisfaction indicators to inform continuous improvement
• Contribute to business development initiatives by supporting sales efforts and client retention strategies

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in client services, account management, investment operations, or a related client-facing role
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, data visualization, and financial analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex investment concepts for diverse audiences
• Detail-oriented approach to work with strong organizational and project management capabilities
• Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• Familiarity with private markets, alternative investments, or institutional asset management is a plus
