Architectural Project Manager | Aviation

Join Corgan as a full-time Architectural Project Manager in our Aviation division, based in Greenway Plaza, Houston. We're seeking an experienced project professional to lead complex aviation facility projects from conception through delivery.

About the Role

As an Architectural Project Manager at Corgan, you'll oversee aviation-related architectural projects, ensuring seamless coordination between design, engineering, and construction phases. You'll be the central point of contact for clients, consultants, and team members, driving projects to successful completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and scope for aviation architectural projects
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and aviation stakeholders
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget completion
• Lead design and construction meetings, maintaining clear communication across all teams
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks proactively
• Ensure compliance with aviation industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and present project status reports to clients and internal leadership

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of project management experience in architecture, aviation, or related fields
• Strong understanding of aviation facility requirements and design principles
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with ability to manage multiple complex projects
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related discipline
• Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget
