TB Shift Leader

About the Role

As a Shift Leader at Mic Glen, you're the operational backbone of our Taco Bell restaurant during your shift. You'll partner directly with the Restaurant General Manager to execute flawless service, maintain food quality and safety, and build a team culture where everyone succeeds. This role calls for someone who owns problems, seeks help when it makes sense, and genuinely invests in developing the people around you.

What You'll Do

• Oversee team members on shift, delegating tasks and ensuring all duties are completed correctly and on time
• Maintain and enforce Taco Bell operational standards across food prep, presentation, and customer service
• Prioritize food safety, sanitation, and health protocols in all daily activities
• Deliver friendly, efficient service to customers and resolve any concerns with professionalism
• Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and equipment care
• Support inventory tracking and stock management to minimize waste
• Coach and mentor team members, providing feedback and guidance to strengthen performance
• Identify operational issues as they arise and take swift action to resolve them, escalating to management when appropriate

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a shift leader, shift supervisor, or comparable fast-paced food service leadership role
• Strong communication and team leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse team members
• Reliability and punctuality with a solid work ethic and commitment to your responsibilities
• Solid grasp of food safety practices and a genuine commitment to quality and cleanliness
• Ability to stay composed and problem-solve effectively under pressure
• Familiarity with Taco Bell operations is a bonus
