Restaurant General Manager

B&G Food Enterprises is hiring a full-time Restaurant General Manager in Biloxi, Harrison County to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our Taco Bell franchise location.

About the Role

As Restaurant General Manager with B&G Food Enterprises, you'll be the key leader responsible for the success of our restaurant. Your leadership sets the cultural foundation for our team, drives operational excellence, and ensures we deliver outstanding service to every customer who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise all restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure consistency with brand standards and company policies
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance
• Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
• Monitor financial performance and work toward profitability targets
• Ensure quality food preparation and customer service excellence
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Implement and enforce company procedures and standards
